Working within a cold, ethereal aesthetic, I designed a lighting system that emphasized silhouettes, shapes, and negative space, avoiding general front washes in favor of sidelight, backlight, and floor-based sources. The minimal cue structure allowed transitions to bleed subtly, supporting a dreamlike atmosphere where presence felt both physical and spectral. Strobe was used as a rhythmic, disorienting element - a formal gesture toward the fracturing of self.

The scenography framed emptiness as an active entity, and my lighting sought to make that void visible: a space where bodies attempted to coalesce, merge, or collapse, always under the pressure of an omnipresent, chaotic stillness.
